How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds

After carving your pumpkin for Halloween, make sure to save all the seeds for a roasty, toasty delicious snack!

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Collect all seeds.
  3. Rinse seeds in cold water to remove leftover pumpkin goop.
  4. Spread seeds on a thin baking sheet with olive oil and salt. Make sure seeds are covered thoroughly with oil.
  5. Pop in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until seeds are toasty and golden. (You may want to flip and stir seeds half-way through roasting time).
  6. Snack away!!  🙂
