After carving your pumpkin for Halloween, make sure to save all the seeds for a roasty, toasty delicious snack!
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Collect all seeds.
- Rinse seeds in cold water to remove leftover pumpkin goop.
- Spread seeds on a thin baking sheet with olive oil and salt. Make sure seeds are covered thoroughly with oil.
- Pop in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until seeds are toasty and golden. (You may want to flip and stir seeds half-way through roasting time).
- Snack away!! 🙂
